Fixes group assignments being destroyed when a contact is edited, and repairs the download links.
A contact in several groups lost all but the first
A contact synced with CATEGORIES:group1,group2,group3 showed only group1 in the editor. Worse than the display: saving that contact wrote back what the editor showed, so the other two assignments were destroyed. The group filter kept listing every group, because it reads the database directly, so nothing looked wrong until a contact was edited.
If you have edited multi-group contacts on 4.0.0 to 4.0.3, a re-sync from your CardDAV server restores them, provided Tachyon has not already pushed the shortened card back.
The cause was reading only the first value of any multi-valued vCard property. RFC 7095 carries them as separate elements, and everything after the first was dropped.
Tags are chips now, and existing ones are suggested
Adding a tag meant typing the group name from memory, so a typo silently created a new group instead of joining the intended one. From #27, also @lvarnava.
The tag box offers the groups already in your address book, as a dropdown and as type-ahead, while still taking a new name. Tags the contact already has are left out.
Tags are chips rather than editable text. A tag is added whole and removed whole, so changing one is remove and re-add. Previously the text was the identity, so editing it in place moved the contact between groups with nothing to show it had happened. The same tag can no longer be added twice.
Also, Friends and friends have always been one group, since every lookup ignores case, but both spellings were offered as separate options. One entry per group now. Visible on SQLite and PostgreSQL; MySQL's collation already hid it.
Downloads that actually exist
releases/latest/download/tachyon-latest.tar.gz has always been a 404, because every asset carried a version number. That URL is in the installation instructions, and it is also what v-add-sys-tachyon fetches, so HestiaCP installs have been broken, not just the documentation.
Releases now carry tachyon-latest.tar.gz, tachyon-latest.zip and tachyon_latest_all.deb alongside the versioned files, so those links keep working from here on without an edit per release.
The cPanel tarball the instructions describe is now actually built, too. It never was.
About that break
The 4.0.3 notes said this would probably be the last release for a few weeks. Those notes went out 25 hours ago.
Then #26 turned out to be quietly eating group assignments, #27 was a genuinely good idea, and a download link had been 404ing for longer than anyone noticed. Fixing things while people are still filing them beats fixing them in three weeks from a list.
The break is still happening. It starts right after the next issue.
