• Fix lifecycle regression with the in-memory bus (#1299)
• Don't update the CTD when generating DRAFT invoices (#1296): users of the AUTO_INVOICING_DRAFT feature must be aware of this change as the cancellation dates could change if they allow subscription changes while the invoice is in DRAFT mode and if they rely on catalog policies.
