ND 0.60.0 Release
This is a breaking change to support the new plugin infrastructure in upcoming ND 0.60.0.
It requires navidrome/navidrome@f1e75c4 at minimum.

- Scheduler is more strict about options; only daily, every 2 days, weekly, monthly
