Maintenance 🛠️

Tidy 5e 9.6.x is mostly about the new sheets that landed in 9.6.0, but the side quest has always been about drag and drop.

• fixed: Locked compendium items are not dragging
• fixed: Content links / advancement items within the advancement table were not creating new advancements when dropped on other sheets
