- Fix #45: the routing pin check recognizes a vendor-qualified default when a mapped custom endpoint reports the same model as a bare id; preserve explicit pins and distinct vendor-qualified ids. Add offline middleware regressions. No routing switch, provider alias, endpoint or default change.
