Improvements
- Better support for narrow panes when in frameless mode on macOS, closes #187
- Vault name is now visible by default, to hide it use Hider plugin v1.1.1, closes #144
- Added Style Settings option for Always show grabber icon which makes title bar dragging handle always visible
- Minimal Theme Settings now automatically detects the correct folding offset based on your Obsidian folding preferences (setting has been removed)

- Improved highlighting for footnotes
- Footnote font size is now consistent between Reading and Live Preview
