The published plugin tree now ships the project README.md, so a plugin install includes the documentation with links that resolve outside the repository.
Fixed
- Fixed the published plugin tree omitting
README.md. Installs that pull the plugin tree now get the project README, with its relative links and images rewritten to absolute URLs pinned to the release tag so they resolve from the installed copy.
