Fixes OpenClaw plugin installation, which failed on OpenClaw 2026.8.1 and newer because the non-interactive install now requires capability consent. OpenClaw integration consequently requires OpenClaw 2026.8.1 or newer.

Fixed

• Fixed cc-safety-net install --openclaw and cc-safety-net update failing on OpenClaw 2026.8.1 and newer, where the non-interactive plugin install exited with a capability-consent error. The installer now passes --accept-capabilities. (#141)
• Fixed the persistent "requires capability consent" warning for plugins installed before OpenClaw 2026.8.1; reinstalling records the acceptance and clears it.

Breaking Changes

• OpenClaw integration now requires OpenClaw 2026.8.1 or newer, because older OpenClaw releases reject the --accept-capabilities option the installer passes. Other hosts are unaffected.
  • Migration: Upgrade OpenClaw to 2026.8.1 or newer before running cc-safety-net install --openclaw or cc-safety-net update.
