AppImage sandboxing release with compatibility improvements

- feat(sandbox): UI changes. Merge the separate "Special permissions" group into the Folders section, rename the button to "Add folder", and replace per-app and global extra folder rows with read-only/read-write selectors. Show access labels for globally granted folders on the app details page. (e6f170f)
- docs(sandbox): document browser extension pairing for native messaging (Bitwarden browser integration) (6119148)
- fix(sandbox): use the GSettings keyfile backend behind the filtered bus. dconf writes go over D-Bus to ca.desrt.dconf, which the proxy refuses, so preferences never stuck and window sizes snapped back. Fixes apps unable to read system light/dark themes and save window states (f5ad9c7)
- fix: allow parallel AppImage update checks by @lacodingkitten in #204
- fix: enable GIO TLS support by adding glib-networking in nix by @Theneillsaaco in #207
