Security hardening
- Move update/download URL to GitHub Releases.
- Add @noframes.
- Disable automatic detection/removal on sensitive sites.
- Harden Unwall UI with closed Shadow DOM.
- Reduce exposed debug globals.
- Add observer throttling, scroll handler restore, and ignored signature cap.
