fix: quarter-hour gridlines in the vertical day view now subdivide each hour evenly at 25/50/75/100% instead of bunching at the bottom — affects both IlamyCalendar and IlamyResourceCalendar. Also keeps the column separator continuous across hour boundaries in vertical resource views (#120) — Closes #119
