Karlsen Desktop

First version of Karlsen Desktop with Karlsen Network support.

Changes

• Enabled Dutch, Finnish, German Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukranian translations to Windows installer.
• Changed listen port from 7000 to 8110 to allow concurrent usage of KDX and Karlsen Desktop.
• Changed homedir from ~/.kdx to ~/.karlsen-desktop to not interfere with KDX.
• Added separate tree item in the main dashboard with the copyright information. Karlsen Desktop is a fork of KDX and KDX license status is unclear.
• Added Karlsen Network UX/UI changes, color palette, logos and icon set.
• Replaced sips with convert and iconutil with png2icns to work on Linux as primary development environment.
• Replaced @aspectron/process-list with @karlsen/process-list module. Original one is quite old and doesn't compile on latest gcc-13 anymore.
• Updated nwjs to 0.78.1 to fix rendering artifacts with certain checkboxes.
• Removed CPU and GPU karlsen-miner and node CPU karlsenminer from the desktop wallet.
• Removed Kasparov and console code from the desktop application. It isn't needed for end-users and they cannot handle issue investigation and debugging without help.

Notes

If you were using the pre-release of Karlsen Desktop on Windows, please uninstall it before installing the stable release. It is necessary because AppId has been changed to 2A726241-CB32-40A7-A11A-CDF5336AA446 to no longer interfere with KDX. The macOS binary is universal build, supporting arm64 and x64.
