This is a pre-release of OpenWebStart 0.2.0

Among others, this release provides the following improvements and features:
- installers for MacOS and Linux
- the -Xnofork and -nosecurity arguments are no longer required
- new system property "deployment.javaws" to enable the started application to detect its execution context
- code signing for the installers
- unattended installation
