Adds EDGE, xBRZ, Sharp Bilinear and CRT 2D filters, including native render-scale support. Retains geometry-based Original pacing fixes. Fixes Xbox UWP manifest version formatting and Vita CI container permissions.
The Windows package contains executables and documentation only; supply your own supported retail ROM to build local assets. Other platform artifacts will be attached by the build workflow.
