Added

  • A build without libx264/libx265 encodes on VideoToolbox by itself (#314). An LGPL ffmpeg such as the one a desktop app ships has h264_videotoolbox/hevc_videotoolbox and no x264/x265, so every H.264/HEVC line (fit, cut --accurate, the other re-encoding tools, and export.py's youtube/reels/h265/... presets) failed with "Unknown encoder". When ffmpeg -encoders lacks the CPU encoder, has the matching VideoToolbox one, and the machine is Apple Silicon (the check --hw uses), the tool now uses VideoToolbox without --hw, built as under --hw. The result's hw is {requested: false, source: "auto", used, ...} with a note naming the missing and the used encoder, plus the usual not-CRF-equivalent notes line (without the --no-hw advice). A build that has libx264/libx265 is unchanged, and so are --no-hw (still the CPU), FFMPEG_SKILL_HW (still does not move export.py's presets) and AV1/ProRes.
  • doctor agrees. A missing encoder:libx264/encoder:libx265 whose VideoToolbox encoder is in the build, on a machine that can run it, is left out of available/missing/missing_optional and named in the new covered_by ({} otherwise), so ok and each tool's usable describe what will run; a tool that needs it also carries covered_by, and notes says the output is not CRF-equivalent. The contract's capability lists are unchanged.
  • fix: use VideoToolbox when the ffmpeg build has no libx264/libx265 (#324)
