Automated release: version and notes generated from pull requests merged since 2.2.4.

• SKILL.md and README: multicam.py --edl is a plain cut list, not an EDL an editor opens. The multicam
  row now routes "for Premiere/Resolve" through --write-project p.json then render.py --export-timeline, and
  the "open it in Premiere / Resolve / Final Cut" row says to write a project first when there is none (found
  reading the eval-25 tl2 prompt).
• fix: route "timeline for Premiere" from multicam through --write-project; add eval 25 kit (#293)
