overlay.py --place SRC_START-SRC_END@AT(with--video, repeatable): show that range of the layer starting atATon the main timeline, hidden elsewhere. One pass lays several pieces of one layer at their own times -- graphics rendered back to back (only the seconds that have any) placed where each belongs -- instead of a full-length mostly-transparent layer. Overlapping pieces, ranges past the layer's end, and--start/--end/--fadealongside are refused.- overlay.py --place: lay ranges of a video layer at chosen times in one pass (#353)
