Automated release: version and notes generated from pull requests merged since 1.4.14.

• Policies settled after the boundary sweep. An ffmpeg failure now always exits 1 (ffmpeg's own code, which varied by build and stage, is ffmpeg_returncode in the JSON). audio.py, loudness.py and proxy.py keep a subtitle/data track the container can hold, as fit/color/overlay do; join.py, broll.py and speedramp.py, whose timeline moves, report dropped_non_av_streams: true when the source had one. The rule is written down in docs/design-decisions.md.
