Adrafinil now speaks Simplified Chinese.

New

• Simplified Chinese (简体中文). The menu, Settings, setup, the Codex trust walkthrough, What's New, and the "while you were away" notifications are all translated, along with the daemon's safety warnings. The app follows your macOS language. Durations read naturally in both languages: 1h 30m in English, 1小时30分钟 in Chinese. Translation started by @hututuo, whose pull request showed where strings were slipping past localization. (#28, #29)

• Agent timers show hours. An agent that has been working longer than an hour shows 1h 15m instead of 75m 3s.
• Installing from the terminal is documented. A copy made with curl + cp keeps the com.apple.provenance attribute, so its background service fails to register and shows no error. The README now gives the one-line fix. Reported by @hututuo.
