- Claude Code Monitors keep the Mac awake. With "Keep the Mac awake for background shell commands" on, a Monitor now holds for its own deadline plus a minute, so a watch that outlives the turn no longer lets the Mac sleep under it. Contributed by @elboletaire.
- Background holds last their full TTL. A hold for a backgrounded command or a Monitor used to be released 90 seconds after the agent went quiet, because the idle check measured the agent's own CPU rather than the task. Only the TTL, or the agent exiting, ends them now.
- A thermal cutout clears only after ten sustained cool minutes. A bursty load that dips below the margin between batches could clear the latch, take the Mac back and reheat it.
- After a safety cutout with the lid closed and no external display, Adrafinil asks the Mac to sleep outright instead of leaving it to idle sleep, which any remaining assertion can defer.
