FIX (GUI): Single beatmap export would fail if there were no selected difficulties in the set. You can now select single beatmaps for export regardless of the current filters.

FIX (GUI): FFmpeg loading will now be displayed in the GUI status messages.

FIX: The program now bypasses a requirement that was causing it to not work on outdated versions of Windows 10. This was a side-effect of the switch to .NET 9.0 in the previous release. #34

FIX: Exporting beatmaps with no metadata will no longer run into filename conflicts. If the beatmap has not been uploaded and does not have an ID, some characters of a local identifier will be used. #35

BeatmapExporter files are the newer program version with a full GUI, this is now recommended for most users.
BeatmapExporterCLI files are the original command-line program.
