Docker Hub image

maintenant 1.10.1 has the same code as 1.10.0 and adds a Docker Hub image.

If you are coming from 1.9.0 or earlier, read the 1.10.0 notes first, in particular "Before you upgrade". 1.10.0 changes several defaults (accepted hosts, SMTP, MCP tokens, label-declared checks, agent certificates) and can break an existing install.

What changes

• The image is also published on Docker Hub as kolapsis/maintenant, with the same tags and the same digest as ghcr.io/kolapsis/maintenant. The signature, the SLSA provenance and the SBOM apply to both.
• The image carries the io.modelcontextprotocol.server.name label, which the official MCP registry requires.
• The documentation now says what the memory use really is: about 32 MB one hour after a start, about 100 MB after several days on a busy host.
• The Helm chart moves to 1.10.1, the same as the application version.
