• Added Ubuntu setup script
• Dockerfile now uses Ubuntu setup script
• Ubuntu setup script and Dockerfile now downloads waifu2x/srmd/realsr-ncnn-vulkan releases instead of compiling them
• Fixed lots of other issues existed in the previous versions
