Bug Fixes:
- Fixed smart collections disappearing when the TMDbBoxSets plugin is installed. Jellyfin's metadata matching could tag smart collections with an incorrect TMDB ID, causing TMDbBoxSets to delete them as orphaned. Smart collections are now locked against metadata matching, and already-affected collections heal automatically on their next refresh.
- Fixed "Error in metadata saver" errors caused by multiple refreshes writing collection metadata at the same time.
