What's new in Kiosk Satellite v0.8.1-beta

A small follow-up to v0.8.0-beta polishing the Sendspin player experience.

Fixed

"Now Playing" fits small screens. The full-screen view used fixed tablet sizes, cutting off the artwork and text on small panels like the Echo Show 5. Everything now scales to the screen, keeping the original look on tablets.
"Now Playing" no longer shows dimmed. With the dim or black screensaver modes configured, the screensaver's brightness reduction also applied to the "Now Playing" view sitting in its place. The music display now always shows at full brightness, and the configured mode (and its dimming) returns the moment playback ends.

The large media player card is 20% wider, giving the artwork and track info more room.
