This release makes music asked for by voice open Now Playing and shows Home Assistant when the Bluetooth proxy switches to active scanning.

Music asked for by voice now opens Now Playing. With Launch Now Playing when music starts playing on, music started by a voice command began playing while the voice turn still held the screen, so the launch was refused and never tried again (#718). The launch now waits for the voice turn to end and then opens Now Playing, as long as the music is still playing.

Home Assistant shows when the Bluetooth proxy scans actively. In Auto mode Home Assistant switches a proxy to active scanning for short windows and back. The proxy switched without telling Home Assistant, so the scanner still read "Auto (passive)" during those windows. It now reports each change, like an ESPHome proxy does.
