What's new in Kiosk Satellite 2026.9.75
This release adds internal storage sensors to Home Assistant and fixes ESPHome camera disconnects and the new Weather Mood screensaver rendering on affected devices.
New Feature: Internal Storage Sensors
- Monitor internal storage in Home Assistant. Internal storage free and Internal storage total appear alongside the ESPHome RAM diagnostics. Both report values in MiB and refresh every minute (#650).
Fixes
- Camera previews keep ESPHome entities online. Large camera images now send gradually without overflowing the outgoing message queue. Opening a camera preview or refreshing the device page no longer briefly disconnects all entities on affected devices such as the Portal Go.
- Weather Mood screensaver skies render on affected Android GPUs. Fixed a black background with only precipitation visible on devices such as the Galaxy Tab S8. Clouds, sun and moon now render correctly.
