One targeted Bluetooth proxy fix for devices whose Bluetooth stack refuses to scan at all.
New: The scanner falls back to minimal scan settings when a stack keeps refusing
- Some devices' Bluetooth stacks reject the scan refinements the proxy normally asks for, an aggressive match mode and PHY selection that nearly every device accepts: a Meta Portal answered every single scan start with an internal error, forever, leaving a proxy that looked connected in Home Assistant but never delivered an advertisement (#239).
- After three straight refusals the proxy now retries with the plainest scan settings Android knows and notes the downgrade in the app log, since a degraded scanner beats a dead one. The fallback sticks until the proxy restarts, so a stack that objects to the refinements is not re-broken on every recovery.
