Motion Detection: Startup Delay

• A new Startup delay slider in the Camera settings, under Motion Detection next to the frame rate and sensitivity, goes from 0 to 15 seconds and is 0 by default, so nothing changes unless you ask for it. Motion is ignored for that long after the camera stream starts, which is what devices with a moving camera need: on a phone with a pop-up module the lens travels through the scene as the motor deploys it, and that sweep is a genuine change across the whole frame rather than a lighting shift, so it reads as a body and dismisses the screensaver that just started the camera (discussion #159).
• The delay is anchored to the camera actually starting rather than to the screensaver, so it covers every path that brings the camera up: a screensaver, a schedule boundary, the screen turning on, or changing any motion setting. Frames keep being tracked in the background during the wait, so detection is fully sensitive the moment the delay expires instead of having to relearn the scene.
