Dashboard Carousel: Page Indicators

While swiping between views when the new Dashboard Carousel feature is enabled, a small pill at the bottom center now shows the dashboard's views as dots and where in the cycle you are, with the target dot lighting up as the swap starts and the whole indicator fading away once the gesture settles. It ignores touches, respects display cutouts, and skips the same sub-views and hidden views the carousel itself skips.
