New Features

A new Enable dashboard carousel toggle in the Home Assistant Configuration settings (off by default) lets you swipe left or right anywhere on the dashboard to move to the neighboring view of the current dashboard, wrapping around at the ends. Made for small screens where the header tabs or navigation bars waste precious space.
The view follows your finger while dragging, and once a view has been visited it appears live beside the current one, sliding in with your finger like a real carousel. Letting go far enough, or flicking, carries the swap through seamlessly, while a hesitant drag springs back into place. Views not yet visited this session slide in right after the release instead.

A new Disable scrolling toggle in the Web Browsing settings locks the page in place so it cannot be scrolled in either direction, for dashboards built to fit the screen where a stray drag should not move anything. Only the browser's own panning is taken away: taps, pull to refresh, pinch to zoom and the app's gestures all keep working, and the toggle applies live without a reload.

The Web Browsing page's User Interface group is gone: Zoom level moved up into the page's main group, and Display cutout moved to the Screen & Audio page under Screen, where a choice about the device's window belongs. Stored values carry over unchanged.
The Remote Administration UI's About page no longer takes seconds to appear on its first open after a page load.
