• Added a prompt to load a wallet descriptor: a dismissable message on the Node screen, a badge in the navigation bar and an empty state on the Transactions screen.
• The notification permission prompt now follows the current permission state, so it no longer shows after permission is granted or stays hidden when it's missing.
• Updated the Floresta node to the latest upstream version, which brings upstream node fixes and improvements.
• Fast sync now starts from a more recent built-in accumulator snapshot, so there's less to catch up on.
• Peers that don't advertise service flags now show "NONE" instead of a blank field.
• Updated dependencies and now build against Android SDK 37.
