Bug fixes
- Fix memory limit setting of 0 not actually disabling enforcement, causing request aborts and model load failures on memory-constrained systems (#62)
- Setting total memory limit to 0 in global settings now properly disables all memory checks (enforcer, pre-load check, inline prefill check), resolving openclaw crashes with large models on low-memory configurations
