• Fix proxied MapTiler tile requests after a URL pattern change on MapTiler's side: some tileset tiles.json templates (e.g. terrain-rgb-v2) no longer include a file extension, so requests like /maptiler/tiles/terrain-rgb-v2/{z}/{x}/{y} matched no route and returned 404. Add a route and controller action matching tile URLs without an extension, and only append .$ext to the upstream URL when set @julien-nc
