🐛 Bugfixes

• #449: Use node.js 9.x instead of 8.x during Docker builds to prevent Segmentation fault errors during XXE challenges (kudos to @corysabol for his thorough bug report)

The officially recommended node.js version is now 9.x for consistency with the Docker image, but it still works with 8.x and 6.x as before.
