Images

Images were a bit broken and ugly in places. I've made some fixes and improvements to the recipe edit/view pages and the images section. Re the latter, I'm not really sure I'll keep it, but it's got a cute carousel now.

• No upload image in new recipe - I can't actually see the component
• Some images don't upload on edit
• Merge the two photo section components
• Allow createRecipe CRUD function to receive form data, so it can process images in a single pass
• Improve the create/edit Recipe button UI
• Delete photo UI improvements
• Promote photo by clicking on it (happens in recipe view, edit and images view)
• Dead URL handling (test by breaking a URL)
• Handling remote image downloading more gracefully.
• Handle promotion to main image by click on the recipe view page and image page.
• Image notes display on bottom images in view page
• Image notes display on mouseover/click on mobile
• Spruce up the image edit page - what a monstrosity this is currently.

Shopping

• I've added a fun little feature that displays hidden/shopped ingredients when you type in the first three letters to the add item box.

Buttons

• Recipe View and Card buttons should have loading spinners now when they're clicked

Please folks: don't hesitate to ask for new features, tell me what sucks or is broken. My general philosophy with this is to avoid feature creep and keep it minimal, functional, and cleanly designed, so welcome any suggestions along those lines.
