Updates Cloud Torrent to Go 1.27.3 and refreshes the torrent engine, Velox state sync, CLI, and transitive dependencies. Live updates now share the server's state, and download listings synchronize entries by name.
- Prebuilt binaries for Linux, macOS, and Windows, with Linux deb, rpm, and apk packages.
- GitHub releases are published as prereleases. Docker image publishing is disabled; Docker images can be built locally from source.
- OpenBSD binaries are unavailable because the current torrent dependency references the unsupported
SEEK_DATAfilesystem API.
This is a release candidate. The preceding v0.9.6-rc.1 tag did not produce a release because its OpenBSD build failed.
