Mostly darkmode improvements

• Improved documentation
• Added support for indented code blocks
• Dependency graphs are now more readable in darkmode
• The summary of functions (@brief) is now more readable in darkmode
• Links are now colored in the primary theme color consistently
• treeview arrows do now use the primary theme color
• filetree icons blend in better in darkmode
