Brawl Recompiled v0.5.2
A bug-fix release. If you're on v0.5.1, Options > System installs it.
Fixed
- Freezes with mods (#2): a bug added in v0.5.1 meant that every time the game switched between its internal threads, some CPU registers could be lost. On PCs without AVX2 this froze REX at the first loading screen. On other PCs it was mostly harmless, but it could cause rare hangs or odd behaviour, especially with mods.
- The first-start window closing by itself (#30) before you could pick your disc image.
You still need your own copy of the game (USA release); no game data is included.
