Added new menu tutorial database named tutorial.base.
Added new options to the default database.
Note: You will be unable to update any previously made bootdisks due to changes in this release. This is intentional. You will need to re-create the boot disk, after which updates will continue to function normally. Attempting to bypass this protection will likely result in an non-bootable disk.
