Updated default database including the majority of '?Unconfigured' indicators to reflect the actual 'Enabled/Disabled' values whenever a key is not present.
Added the deletion of certain database keys in order to replicate the system's default behavior. For example, if the 'Disable' action in Windows removes the registry key all together, then said key is removed rather than assigned a hypothetical value of '0'.
