Changed the default behavior when mounting user registry hives for offline images (vhdx or path). Now the '◁HiveUser▷' variable points to the last logged in user's registry hive whenever available. If unavailable, for example the image hasn't yet been booted before, then the '◁HiveUser▷' variable will point to the 'default' user registry hive instead (essentially the template for creating a new user). This affects both menu view and execution.
ISO files containing an install.esd file rather than install.wim are now compatible with the GUI during import of installation media.
