Added 'TextFile' list item, a direct method to redirect text output to a file. Escape ^carets are no longer necessary for '<' or '>'. Ballin. Text file generation is now at a ~50% speed increase when compared to before.
Optimized 'Run as System' and 'Run as TrustedInstaller ' routines for 'Command' list items, now ~25% faster.
Replaced 'Miscellaneous' wizards in List Builder with a built-in pre-made base list with parameters and notes. It's easier for everyone this way, especially when new list items are introduced.
