Changed ◁HIVE_SOFTWARE▷,◁HIVE_SYSTEM▷, and ◁HIVE_USER▷variables to the full HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_USERS for compatibility with 'REG import' when creating a .reg file via 'TextHost' item.
Reduced full registry check to only checking that the variables are set for list builder items except 'Routine' item to keep the execution delay down to a minimum. (depending on the routine command used, it's the only builder item that actually needs registry access, and not just the HKEY hive variables.)
