Fixed 'Choice' list item index value when scheduled for SetupComplete or RunOnce. This fixes 'Command ' items prefixed with 'IF CHOICEX==X' whenever scheduled.
Added a GUI resume feature that restores the last opened page upon start.
Changed execution timing for dark/light theme settings to RO (RunOnce) due to Windows 11 ignoring or overwriting certain settings (mostly personalization stuff) within the 'Default' user registry hive upon new user creation or Windows installation.
Assuming no other issues are found, up next is to finally build some lists.
