Added CHOICE list item. Multiple submenus can now be nested within a particular menu. This replaces the 'Advanced Group' item which permitted one submenu to be nested per menu section.
Added STRING list item. Similar to the CHOICE item except that it stores a string in the 'VolaTile' list box rather than the chosen CHOICE index number.
Fixed crash when generating a list from .base while in CMD mode when the submenu name uses parentheses.
Fixed SetupComplete and RunOnce list items not being properly queued for later execution.
