Fixed dpi scaling issue.
Added 'launch GUI' to settings menu. No longer asks at startup after rejecting initial prompt. Once the GUI is further along this will no longer be a thing, as there will be a mode toggle switch on the main screen for both gui and cmd.
Internal changes on the cmd side, added flexibility so that later feature implementations can be in lock step with the GUI. (Such as picking files and folders located outside of the program folder etc.)
