Added ability to remove 3rd party drivers. Driver list now included in base list.
Options menu added to settings, image management, and boot creator.
Relocated brute-force and safe-exclude toggle to image management options.
Enable/Disable AutoBoot only shows in settings menu when booted into recovery.
Install/Remove AutoBoot switcher (host required component) only shows in settings menu when not booted into recovery.
