New Features
Localization - Thanks to the help of many* volunteers, Project: Title now includes translations for the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Brazilian Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Simplified Han script), Chinese (Traditional), and German.
Extra thanks to @pengcw for not only contributing two of the translations, but also submitting a more clever way of including and distributing translation files.

Cover Grid mode - Visual indicators have been added to show when books are new, finished, or on hold. Many of the settings under "Book display" had no effect on Cover Grid. Now they all work similar to the way they do in Cover List.
Cover List mode - Visual changes to covers and consistent styling of the elements on the right side to more accurately reflect your choices in the settings under "Book display".
Both modes - Auto generated folder covers now appear for folders with fewer than 4 books inside, thanks to help from and code submitted by @loeffner Auto generated folder covers will now look further down into sub-folders to find books to use. Reminder: Auto generated folder covers can be slow on some devices, so there is a setting to disable it.
Bonus gestures - There are 2 new gesture actions to quickly switch into Cover Grid or Cover List. I added these for my own use during development and testing, but included them in this release. Maybe you will find a good use for them.
Navigation on non-touchscreen devices - A feature that allowed for non-touch devices to navigate on screen elements was removed after we forked Cover Browser. It has been restored. So, if you found the plugin impossible to use on your non-touch device and want to try again, please do.
Better Support for low DPI devices - Various shortcuts and lack of testing resulted in visual overlaps when used on older devices with low DPI displays. They should all be resolved now.
New Settings
Last version added a setting to always show progress bars. Now there is a setting to force text-only (eg: 19%) percentages and disable all progress bars.
There is a new and much easier method for using this plugin with nightly builds of KOReader. We still don't recommend it, but for those who insist, see the wiki page here for details: Nightly Builds
Bugs Fixed
Page count metadata processing now works on Android devices. Several crashes were fixed related to using KOReader in languages other than English. Various small visual glitches were corrected across both list and grid modes.
