Per-source icons and colors: A new [icons] table sets the icon and color for each source (tmux, config, zoxide, tmuxinator, tmux-pane). Anything you leave out keeps its built-in default, and sesh connect now strips custom and emoji icons correctly. (#507)
Custom picker pointer: [tui] pointer replaces the > marker on the highlighted row. Wide glyphs and emoji stay aligned, and sesh worktree picker uses the same setting. (#515, thanks @RazoBeckett)
RPM and DEB packages: Each release now includes .rpm and .deb packages for Linux 386, amd64, and arm64. (#512)
zypper and dnf repository: openSUSE, Fedora, and RHEL users can add the signed sesh RPM repository once and get updates through zypper up or dnf upgrade. See the README for setup. (#517)

Picker group separator color: The divider between sort_order groups now uses the same color as the preview border. Before, it was faint and looked almost white on translucent backgrounds.
Config validation: An unknown source or color in [icons] is now reported as an error when the config loads. Before, it was silently ignored. (#507)
Error messages: sesh last and sesh root error messages now start with a lowercase letter. (#506)

CI now runs golangci-lint on every PR and fails on findings, replacing the retired Go Report Card. All 34 existing findings are fixed. (#506)
Releases build and sign the RPM repository and publish it to GitHub Pages automatically. (#517)
The README badges are updated: pkg.go.dev replaces Go Report Card, and the tests badge points to the right workflow.
